The Global Alliance for Incinerator Alternatives is a global network focused on ending waste incineration and advancing zero waste systems. It works with communities, governments, and civil society groups to promote waste reduction, segregation, composting, and recycling. GAIA provides research, technical support, and policy advocacy to shift waste management away from burning and toward circular economy solutions. Its work addresses environmental protection, public health, and climate impacts. Through global collaboration, GAIA supports practical, community driven approaches that reduce pollution, conserve resources, and create more sustainable and inclusive waste systems.

The Civil Society Parliamentary Network (CSPN) is an initiative by Westminster Foundation for Democracy Maldives to strengthen engagement between civil society and parliament.
